Mandatory National Audit – Valproate

NHS England has published the national audit 2022/23 paperwork on their website. The audit is on valproate, with the aim of reducing the potential harm caused by taking valproate during pregnancy. PSNC has also published a news story about this on their website:

The audit has to be carried out over a six-week period to complete the audit which does need to be completed by the 31^st March 2023.  Remember this is a mandatory requirement for all contractors.
